Ever since our Double Shot pop-up, we’ve been looking for excuses to do more things like this. Turns out, meeting you guys in real life is way more fun than staring at Instagram insights all day. So when Dolmen Mall Lahore reached out to us, it was an immediate yes.
The first thing on the agenda? Ice cream.
We knew we wanted an ice cream cart before we knew pretty much anything else. So we reached out to Lush Crush and locked that in ASAP because summer without ice cream just feels wrong.

Then came the fun part: figuring out what SAK Summer Club would actually look like.
We wanted it to feel like hanging out with friends. Somewhere you could stop by, sit for a bit, take a photo, have a conversation, grab an ice cream and just… exist.
A huge shoutout to our bestie AI who helped us bring all our chaotic ideas to life. We spent an embarrassing amount of time moving furniture around digitally before committing to anything.

Lounging area was a no-brainer. Then came our Summer Club merch - tees we’ve basically been living in, totes that somehow carry our entire lives. And ofc, the SAK mirror bag. Because what’s a SAK activation without it?

Then came finding hosts. This might be my favourite part of the story.
We spotted this sweet kid having lunch with his mom at Polymath and immediately thought, “He'd be perfect.” So obv, we went up to him. He wasn’t available sadly, but he was sweet enough to connect us with his friends instead (thanks Haider) which somehow led us to the most wholesome group of hosts we could’ve asked for.
After a lot of trainings, practice scenarios, voice notes, pep talks, Gen Z slang lessons and many, many giggles, they were ready just in time for the weekend party.

Suddenly it was launch day and it was packed. For three days straight.
Kids. Parents. Teenagers. Students. Girls with their friends. Families out for the weekend. Existing SAK customers. People who had never heard of us before.
There was always someone grabbing an ice cream, taking a mirror photo, checking out the tees, debating whether they really needed another tote bag (they did), or just hanging around chatting with us.
Literally felt less like a pop-up and more like a weekend-long hangout.

Special shoutout to Sherdil, who adopted us for the weekend and became a permanent fixture at Summer Club (AND got us FAB cookies from bitesize too).

The best part of it all wasn’t the setup or the merch or even the ice cream. It was getting to meet the people behind the orders, the Instagram handles and the DMs. Getting to put faces to names. Meeting customers who’ve been with us for years. Meeting people discovering SAK for the first time. Running into our friends, influencers, models and community members throughout the weekend.
So thank you for showing up. Thank you for spending a little bit of your weekend with us. Thank you for making Summer Club exactly what we hoped it would be - summer weekend of our dreams.
And if you missed this one, don’t worry. We’re already thinking about what’s next.
See you soon. 🤍
