Eid Delivery Timelines

All orders placed from January 1st 2026 onwards will be regarded as Eid orders and be delivered to the given addresses before Eid (no earlier date can be promised). Orders will be processed on first come, first serve basis.

Regular Delivery Timelines

Regular delivery timelines will be applicable to all orders placed on or prior to December 31st 2025.

For casuals:

Your order will be dispatched within 8-10 working days after a sales advisor sends you an order confirmation.

For silks and formals: 

Your order will be dispatched within 3-4 weeks after a sales advisor sends you an order confirmation. 

Once you get a notification from us that your order has been dispatched, please note: 
- local deliveries take up to 3 business days
- international deliveries can take up to 10 business days
