Orders & shipping

What's the delivery timeframe?

Eid Cut-Off Dates

International Orders: 27th April, 3 PM PST
Local Orders: 7th May, 3 PM PST

Orders placed after the deadlines will be processed and delivered after the Eid break holidays.

Please note: Due to the Eid order influx plus Eid/Muharram breaks, regular delivery timelines may not be applicable for May/June orders.

Regular delivery timelines for casuals:

Your order will be dispatched within 8-10 working days after a sales advisor sends you an order confirmation.

Regular delivery timelines for silks and formals:

Your order will be dispatched within 3-4 weeks after a sales advisor sends you an order confirmation. 

Once you get a notification from us that your order has been dispatched, please note: 
- local deliveries take up to 3 business days
- international deliveries can take up to 10 business days

If you don’t receive an order confirmation within 48 hours, kindly whatsapp on +92 304 7444353 with your order number and Alfalah ID or Bank Transfer screenshot to confirm.


Can I place urgent orders?

If you require an outfit urgently, please contact us before placing an order and we'll do our best to accommodate your timeline if possible.

How can I track my order?

As soon as your order is shipped we will send you a track & trace code by mail. This way you can track your order.

What are shipping costs like? Do I have to pay customs/taxes upon delivery?
Local Delivery Partner: TCS
Local Delivery Charges: PKR 350/-

Global Delivery Partner: DHL
Global Delivery Charges: USD 35-50 (depending on the country chosen)

Shipping & Duties

All shipping and handling charges are borne by the customer.

For international orders:
• Import duties, taxes, and customs charges are not included at checkout.
• These charges are determined by your country’s customs authority and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery.

Important (for all countries but specifically for US under their new laws)
• If duties and taxes are not paid, the shipment may be held or abandoned by customs.
• In such cases, SAK is not responsible and no refund will be issued.

Refunds are only applicable if the parcel is successfully returned to us in Pakistan.
Please note:
• Return shipping, duties, and any associated charges will be deducted from the refund amount.

We strongly recommend checking your country’s import policies before placing an order.
Do you have card/cash on delivery available?

No, we don't have COD available. We require full payment in advance via bank transfer or credit/debit card to confirm and process orders.

Can I still change my order?

Once placed and confirmed, orders cannot be changed.

Is there any exchange/refund policy?

Refunds and Exchanges

Any product bought from sak atelier can be exchanged within 48 hours after delivery, provided it is still in its original condition, for one or more of the following reasons:

  • The size/colour/SKU is incorrect

  • There is a manufacturing defect

Please contact customer care by emailing info@sakatelier.com with your order number and reason for exchange. Once received at our warehouse, the customer care team will get back to you ASAP upon inspection.

All shipping and handling costs to be paid by the customer.

We offer the best colour match to our clothes shown in pictures. However, please note, colours may differ slightly due to lighting in pictures and dye on the fabric. 

Alterations 

Ordered a bigger size or longer length? We got you covered! Send us back your outfits and we’d get them altered for you 🤍
Alteration surcharge: PKR 4,500/-

Are clearance items ready to ship?

No. Clearance items are made on order - regular delivery timelines apply.

Sizing & Fit

How do I choose the right size?

Each product includes a detailed size chart as the third image in the gallery. If you’re between sizes or need help selecting a fit, feel free to reach out to our team.

What are stitched measurements?

Our size charts are based on one-sided stitched garment measurements, meaning the outfit is measured laid flat from one side rather than around the full body. These are finished garment measurements (not body measurements) and may vary slightly depending on the cut and silhouette of each design.

How do I know which length to choose?

Length preferences can vary depending on your height and how you’d like the outfit to fit. We recommend comparing the listed lengths with an outfit you already own and love the fit of before placing your order.

Do you offer custom sizing?

We do not offer custom sizing. However, length customisation is available for all styles and can be chosen directly through the website where applicable.

Product Details & Fabrics

What comes with the outfit?

Each product page clearly mentions everything included with the outfit in the product description. This may vary by design and can include pieces such as pants, slips, or dupattas.

Will the colour look exactly the same in person?

We do our best to ensure colours are represented as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur due to lighting, photography, screen settings, and fabric textures.

Why do some fabrics/shades appear different?

Different fabrics reflect light differently due to their texture and composition. For example, the same shade may appear slightly different on velvet silk compared to organza — this is completely normal and not considered a defect.

Are the fabrics see-through?

We carefully curate all our fabrics and photograph each outfit to reflect its appearance as accurately as possible. Most SAK pieces are non-sheer; however, sheerness can sometimes be subjective and may vary depending on lighting, skin tone, and personal comfort preferences. If a particular outfit requires a slip or additional layering, this is always mentioned in the product description.

Can I wear twill in the summer?

Yes — our twill is designed to be worn year-round. It remains breathable and comfortable while maintaining its structure beautifully, and can easily be worn during summer, especially in air-conditioned environments.

How should I care for my SAK pieces?

Care instructions are mentioned on each product label. To maintain the quality and longevity of your pieces, we recommend dry cleaning all SAK outfits. Avoid direct heat on delicate fabrics and store your outfit in a cool, dry place.

Additional Information

Can I wear SAK pieces casually as well?

Absolutely. Our pieces are designed to be versatile and timeless — they can easily be dressed up for occasions or styled casually for everyday wear.

Can I order separates individually?

This varies from design to design. Most of our pieces are sold as 2-piece sets; however, styles that are not fixed sets can usually be purchased as shirt-only, with pants or dupattas added separately where applicable. All available options are clearly mentioned in the product description.

Do you offer gifting options?

Yes — SAK offers both digital and physical gifting options.
