1. What's the delivery time frame?

Production time is 10-12 days once the order is confirmed for casuals. Formals can take up to 2-4 weeks.

 

2. Is there any exchange/refund policy?

Any product bought from sakatelier.com can be exchanged within 48 hours after delivery, provided it is still in its original condition, for one or more of the following reasons:

• The size/colour/SKU is incorrect
• There is a manufacturing defect

 

3. Do you ship packages internationally?

Yes, we do!

 

4. Do you have card/ cash on delivery available?

No, we don’t have COD available at the moment.
