Customer Experience Associate

Role Overview:

We're looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Customer Experience Associate to manage SAK's WhatsApp communication channels and ensure a seamless customer journey from inquiry to order fulfilment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist customers with product information, sizing guidance, order placement, and general support.
  • Confirm orders and verify payment details.
    * Coordinate with the relevant sales advisors regarding order processing and fulfillment.
  • Communicate order updates, modifications, address changes, and special requests to internal teams.
  • Follow up on pending customer queries and ensure timely resolution.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer conversations and order-related updates.
  • Liaise with production, operations, and sales teams to ensure smooth order execution.
  • Handle customer concerns professionally while maintaining SAK’s brand voice and service standards.

Requirements:

  • Excellent written English communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple customer conversations simultaneously.
  • Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience in customer service, e-commerce, retail, or fashion is preferred.
  • Familiarity with WhatsApp Business, Shopify, and Google Sheets is a plus.
