Production & Quality Check Associate

Role Overview:

The Assistant Production Manager will be directly responsible for quality control, accurate packing of orders, and coordination with the sales team. This is a practical, detail-focused role requiring someone who is organised, reliable, and committed to maintaining brand standards.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out quality checks at different stages of production to ensure all pieces meet SAK standards.
  • Personally handle packing of orders with attention to accuracy, presentation, and timelines.
  • Liaise with the sales team to coordinate orders, deliveries, and ensure smooth communication between production and sales.
  • Maintain records of quality checks and packed orders.
  • Assist the Production Manager in day-to-day operational tasks as needed.

Requirements:

  • Minimum FSc graduate (further education is a plus but not required)
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Organised, dependable, and able to follow processes accurately.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Willing to take a hands-on role in packing and operational tasks.
