Production & Quality Check Associate

Role Overview:
The Assistant Production Manager will be directly responsible for quality control, accurate packing of orders, and coordination with the sales team. This is a practical, detail-focused role requiring someone who is organised, reliable, and committed to maintaining brand standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out quality checks at different stages of production to ensure all pieces meet SAK standards.
- Personally handle packing of orders with attention to accuracy, presentation, and timelines.
- Liaise with the sales team to coordinate orders, deliveries, and ensure smooth communication between production and sales.
- Maintain records of quality checks and packed orders.
- Assist the Production Manager in day-to-day operational tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Minimum FSc graduate (further education is a plus but not required)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Organised, dependable, and able to follow processes accurately.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willing to take a hands-on role in packing and operational tasks.
